For the realization of their new workplace, we worked closely with the agency Kleurontwaker from The Netherlands. Their concept was given as a starting point the “Concrete Jungle”. A place where nature as a green trail runs through the office building, which gives literally room for growth and development.
The new office of CBRE, represents a direct connection between a green strip and airport Zaventem. This has translated into a dynamic, colorful, but soft and attractive concept.
The repetition of colors and patterns with different textures, create a lively space. In addition to their own desks, we also provided spaces to sit together and areas to conduct closed meetings. Which ensures a varied and pleasant working environment.
Thanks to a good and smooth cooperation with Kleurontwaker and Dynaset we were able to realize this design in a very short time. From kitchen to custom seats, tables, cabinets, … it was a real success for CBRE.

Pour la réalisation de leur nouvel lieu de travail, nous avons travaillé en collaboration avec l’agence Kleurontwaker des Pays-Bas. Le concept de le départ a été : le “Concrete Jungle”. Un lieu où la nature traverse comme une piste verte dans l’immeuble de bureaux et en meme temps donne la place pour grandir et ce développé.
Le nouveau bureau de CBRE représente un lien direct entre une bande verte et l’aéroport Zaventem. Cela a traduit en un concept dynamique, coloré, mais doux et attrayant.
La répétition des couleurs et des motifs avec des textures différentes, crée un espace vivant. A coté de leurs nouveaux bureau, On a prévus des espaces pour se réunir et des zones pour organiser des réunions privé. Ce qui assure que l’on prévoit un environnement de travail varié et agréable.
Grâce à une très bonne cooperation avec Kleurontwaker et Dynaset, on a pu réalisé cette concept dans u temps tres court. De la cuisine à des sièges personnalisés, des tables, des armoires, … ce fut un vrai succès pour CBRE.

Voor de realisatie van hun nieuwe werkplek heeft Buro Design nauw samengewerkt met bureau Kleurontwaker uit Nederland.
Hun concept kreeg als uitgangspunt de “Concrete Jungle”. Een plek waar de natuur als een groen spoor door het kantoorpand loopt en waar letterlijk ruimte is voor groei en ontwikkeling.
Het nieuwe kantoor van CBRE vormt namelijk een directe verbinding tussen een groene strook en het vliegveld van Zaventem. Dit heeft zich vertaald in een dynamisch, kleurrijk, doch zacht en sfeervol concept.
De herhaling van kleuren en patronen met verschillende texturen, zorgen voor een levendige werkruimte. Naast hun eigen bureau’s zijn er ook ruimtes voorzien om samen te zitten alsook ruimtes om gesloten gesprekken te voeren. Wat ervoor zorgt dat er een gevarieerde en aangename werkomgeving voorzien is. Dankzij een goede en vlotte samenwerking met Kleurontwaker en Dynaset hebben we in een zeer korte tijd dit ontwerp kunnen realiseren. Van keuken tot gepersonaliseerde zetels, tafels, kasten,… was dit een echt succes voor CBRE.
